"Mary"

This painting reflects one of the most tender and profound moments in Scripture-when Jesus met
Mary Magdalene at the tomb (John 20:11-18).
Mary stood weeping, overwhelmed with grief, thinking all hope was lost. But Jesus, in His gentle and loving way, met her right there in her brokenness. He didn't wait for her to understand or put herself back together.
Instead, He called her by name. "Mary."
In that one word, her entire world shifted. Her mourning turned to joy, her despair to hope.
This is who Jesus is. He meets us right where we are— in the middle of our pain, confusion, or doubt. He calls us by name, not to condemn but to restore, to remind us that He sees us, loves us, and has a purpose for us.
