Looking back at my life I feel like I have been on this continuous cycle. I disappoint myself or  something doesn't go how I had planned. I didn’t get the numbers I wanted. I didn’t reach my goals. That trickling sensation of failure runs down my chest and takes my heart prisoner. No matter how much I’ve tried, I can’t help but stay on this rollercoaster of emotions. The failure that seems to cling to every aspect of my life won’t loosen its grip. 

But what is this feeling of failure? 

Where is it coming from? 

The problem is that I am finding my worth somewhere where it was never meant to be rooted in. Everything about me is rejecting the very soil I’ve planted myself because it’s not where I am supposed to be. I was not created and designed to be a machine that produces and produces these cookie cutter perfect products. You were not created or desired for the work your hands can complete. But just for the very being of you, that was enough for you to be planned and brought into existence.
